Etisalat apologizes to its customers for a brief mobile service disruption that was caused by scheduled software upgrades. Some of our customers faced a temporary service disruption on their GSM network this morning,

Etisalat engineers have been able to resolve the problem and services were restored to customers once the problem was rectified.
Saeed Al Badi, Senior Manager Media Relations at Etisalat said: “Etisalat apologizes to its customers for the inconvenience caused due to the disruptions, and assures that the problem has been resolved.  Etisalat thanks its customers for their patience and understanding on this issue.”
