The Euro wobbled briefly on Wednesday morning after the US Supreme Court had issued a ruling seen as almost handing a presidential election victory to George W. Bush.

The single European currency fell to 0.8718 dollars and then rallied to back to 0.8773 dollars, as dealers said that Bush's victory had already been priced into the market.

Bush has a plan for loose fiscal policies which are expected to support the dollar, and his administration is considered to be less likely to help coordinate multinational market interventions should the Euro need another shot in the arm, analysts say -- LONDON (AFP)
