Modhesh Friends' Club, the ideal summer club for children, concludes following six weeks of fun and thrill. Over the past weeks the club offered children a stimulating atmosphere where they learnt social, spiritual and personal skills.
Cultural programmes highlighted the rich culture of UAE and gave an opportunity for children to learn traditional crafts, customs, and traditions. Etiquettes from table manners to communicating with parents were taught to children.
Children also picked up skills such as arts and crafts, henna designing, sports including tennis, basketball, volleyball and also taekwondo. The children also had many opportunities to showcase their skills to parents and visitors of Modhesh World.
Cooking lessons also featured on the programme of the club where the children learnt how to make the best of the kitchen.
The Beit Al Khair Society presented a lecture for the children focusing on the importance of money and how to use and save money. To encourage children to save for themselves and to assist others monetarily, they were each given a piggy bank.
The members of the club had an amazing time, made friends and learnt various important lessons of life in a playful and amusing environment.
