An explosion rocked the southern town of Ain Qana Tuesday, causing four casualties according to a security source and information reported by witnesses and local media.
Large plumes of thick gray smoke covered the sky above a residential area in the village.

The exact location and the reason for the blast were not immediately known, but Al-Jadeed TV station reported the explosion happened at the house of a Hezbollah member and the group imposed a cordon around the site.
There was no immediate confirmation of the report.
Panicked residents in the area evacuated and ran in the opposite direction of the smoke, while others stayed to watch, witnesses said.
