FAST RENT A CAR has launched car rental services at the newly built Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) in Abu Dhabi, offering visitors easy and convenient access to its range of transportation services. The branch which is FAST’S 16th outlet in the country will support Abu Dhabi's emergence as a major MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions) center.
“The opening of our outlet at ADNEC is in line with our efforts this year to strengthen our network by opening new branches and expanding existing ones”, said Ahmed Abood Al Boasy, Group General Manager at Emirates National Group, FAST RENT A CAR’S parent company.
“The new outlets as well as FAST’S enhanced online presence via its soon to be re-launched website (www.fastuae.com) will allow easier access to our services and provide more convenience for our customers”, added Al Boasy.
FAST will also relocate its branch on Salam Street, Abu Dhabi to a bigger and better location. The new office will occupy a floor space of more than 10 times the size of the current outlet. Relocation is expected to be completed in May.
Stating that 2006 was the most profitable year in the history of the company, Al Boasy said that has over the last few months FAST has added nearly 1,000 vehicles to its fleet to keep up with demand. The new purchases include economy and standard salon cars and the fleet strength has now reached 7,000 vehicles across all group companies.
