A leader of the Palestinian mainstream party, Fateh, was killed in Hebron Wednesday evening when Israeli soldiers attacked him while he was driving his car in the city, said Palestinian sources.
They identified the activist as Youssef Suleiman Abu Awwad, 25, from Beit Ommar, near Hebron, and a father of three.
Another Palestinian was killed during the day by Israeli fire, whereas a third died of injuries he sustained from Wednesday’s clashes with the Israeli forces.
Meanwhile, a Jewish settler was seriously wounded in a Palestinian attack on Innab settlement near Tulkarem.
