FINE Hygienic Paper FZE, the leading manufacturers of hygienic paper in the Middle East, has signed an agreement with Bahwan CyberTek FZ-LLC to implement Oracle E-Business Suite for its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, (KSA) as part of its plans to streamline operations and enhance efficiency of its business processes. FINE is already using the Oracle E-Business Suite in Dubai since 2001, and the implementation in KSA is aimed to provide easy availability and sharing of data across the organization, and eliminate the mismatch in software, business process and practices.
Peter Janho, The Chief Area Officer - Arabian Peninsula and Iran of FINE, said, “The implementation of this fully integrated, comprehensive suite of business applications will provide FINE the facility to run its business on a single global instance. What we have been aiming to achieve through deploying Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is to help us make more precise decisions and improve our business operations while reducing expenses.”

Our decision to deploy this solution was made mainly to achieve integration and alignment between KSA and Dubai; also to reapply FINE's business practices and procedures. Moreover, this solution will help us improve the credibility and the usefulness of a management information system," said Janho.
Speaking about the system, FINE’s IT Manager, Qusai Azzawi commented, “We aimed to help the management to streamline all the process across the region. Oracle ERP has helped us for the last 5 years in the UAE to have better efficiency and improve our customer service. We will start the project by upgrading the current system to the latest version and start a roll out process for the implementation to cover KSA. This will include the financial, distribution and discreet manufacturing.”
This project, which has already begun, is expected to take around six calendar months, and will be implemented on the same instance, to have a single administration point, quicker implementation, standardization of business process and to share resources across the region.
