A fire that broke out on Tuesday on a Saudi airliner in Cairo's International Airport was kept under control by rescue workers, according to MENA.
The plane's tail was completely destroyed by the blaze, which was said to have been caused by a fuel leak in one of the plane's engines.
The incident was reported to the airport's control tower by the plane's captain after he noticed smoke coming from one of the plane's right engine.
The plane, coming from Medina in Saudi Arabia, was carrying 123 passengers and crewmembers. No one was hurt in the incident.
