Bosnian Serb Prime Minister Milorad Dodik's party has become the first Serb political party to open an office in Mostar, it announced Wednesday.

The Party of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) opened the office on Sunday less than three weeks before Bosnia's general elections, scheduled for November 11.
