The number of fishing ports in Iran will total 46 by the end of the Third Economic Development Plan (2000-2005), Iran’s official news (IRNA) reported.
Advisor to the managing director of Iran’s Fisheries company Gholamreza Razeqi was quoted by the agency as saying that the number of Iran’s fishing ports increased from 10 in 1987 to the present figure of 34 – Albawaba.com
