The special court of justice has sentenced a former director of the representation of the Moroccan carrier RAM in Gabon to five years in jail for embezzlement and forgery, reported Maghreb Arab Presse (MAP).
The court also ordered the convict to restore the 1.012 million DH (nearly $100000) he skimmed and to pay another 20,000 DH ($2000) in compensation to RAM – Albawaba.com
