An advisor to Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon is expected to visit Cairo Wednesday for talks with Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Maher on the Middle East situation, an official in Maher's ministry told AFP news agency.
Ephraim Halevy, former head of the Israeli Mossad intelligence agency, and Maher are to review, "the latest developments in the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories," the official said. (Albawaba.com)
