Britain's foot-and-mouth outbreak has now reached a total of 168 cases after the confirmation of four more instances, the country's chief veterinary officer, Jim Scudamore, said Monday.
It follows a record daily total of 25 outbreaks confirmed Sunday.
British ministers insist the disease is under control because all the cases can be traced back to the source of the original outbreak three weeks ago – LONDON (AFP)
