Quattro, the fine dining restaurant at Four Seasons Golf Club, located at Dubai Festival City, has recently been nominated for two distinguished awards: Best Newcomer and Best Italian Restaurant in the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards, 2008.
The highly-coveted awards have been established as one of the most important celebrations for food and eating out in Dubai. They celebrate Dubai’s culinary developments where restaurants are nominated and selected by Time Out Dubai’s professional and experienced editorial team.
Quattro opened in May 2007 and serves a wide range of Italian cuisine. Under the guidance of Club Chef, Emiliano Bernasconi, his team prepare authentic delicacies with distinctive regional flavours of Lombardia, Piemonte, Toscana, Emilia Romagna and Veneto. An equally comprehensive beverage list is also on offer. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the club house with stunning views of the 18th hole and cascading waterfalls. It also provides diners with the option of outdoor seating, located on its picturesque terrace.
