Military Examining Magistrate Judge Fadi Sawan issued on Monday four indictments in terrorism, murder and killing attempt of Lebanese soldiers and weapons possession cases.
Sawan issued arrest warrants against the suspects, all of them detainees, and referred them to the permanent military court for trial.
In the first decision, three Lebanese were indicted for the killing and murder attempt of Lebanese troops in the northeastern border town of Arsal.
They are Zuhair and Ayad Amoun and Mohammed Karnabi.
The judge also indicted six detained Syrians for belonging to terrorist organizations and the possession of arms and explosives.
Meanwhile, the Lebanese army said it has arrested in the area of al-Qobbeh in the northern city of Tripoli a Palestinian on charges of assaulting military posts and carrying out terrorist attacks.
It identified him as Mohammed Ibrahim Ibrahim.
