Kuwait’s Amir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah received on Sunday a letter from French President Jacques Chirac, according to KUNA news agency.
According to the agency, the letter dealt with the “consolidation and promotion of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries”. (Albawaba.com)
