French President Jacques Chirac has sent his Qatari counterpart, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, a written message dealing with bilateral ties and means of developing them, reported the official Qatar news agency (QNA).
The message also dealt with the latest developments at the regional and international arenas, said the agency – Albawaba.com
