Fujitsu has launched an alternative version of its popular LIFEBOOK T5010 tablet PC. The latest version of the T5010 to hit the Middle East market now offers customers the option of a dual digitizer. The stylish tablet PC combines the patented multifunctional pen that offers accuracy, pressure sensitivity, rubber function and left/right mouse buttons located on the pen, and a touch-screen developed for finger touch.

“The LIFBOOK T5010 enables intuitive data input by automatically recognizing if you have your active pen or finger near the detection-range of the dual digitizer which is at the front of the display, and acts as either an active digitizer or TouchScreen. In addition, the Windows 7 Touch technology supporting the dual-digitizer allows multiple touch, recognizing two touch points at the same time,” said Chandan Mehta, Product Manager, Fujitsu Technology Solutions.

Fujitsu only recently announced the launch of two new Tablet PC models, the LIFEBOOK T4310 and the LIFEBOOK T4410, with dual digitizer to support multiple touch functions. These models are available with Windows 7 at leading retailers across the Middle East. By offering the LIFEBOOK T5010 now with either dual or active digitizer, Fujitsu continues to provide notebooks and PCs to meet every user’s unique requirements. The dual digitizer version of the Centrino vPRO certified LIFEBOOK T5010 is available immediately in the Middle East.
