Manama, Bahrain: Bahrain-headquartered Futurebank felicitated of its long serving staff members with ‘Service Awards’ at a special Nowruz dinner held at the Gulf Hotel. During the event three employees were honored for completing 35 years of service, five for completing 15 years of service along and others for completing ten and five years of service to the bank.
Futurebank Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Abbas Fatemi, was honored at this special event for his contribution and achievement to the bank by Dr. Valiollah Seif, Futurebank’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Dr. Seif also extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to Mrs. Munira Mohd Taqi Noorulla, Head of HR & Administration, who retired having completed 37 years of service.
Congratulating the recipients of the awards, Dr. Seif commented, “I would like to reiterate that Futurebank’s most productive investment continues to remain its people. Our employees continue to work through the highs and lows of the bank and I am proud to say that Futurebank have managed to retain a considerable number of our staff over the years.”
“Nowruz marks the first day of spring and the beginning of the year in Iranian calendar, and on this day we wish to recognize and reward performance and long service. We are proud of our employees’ commitment towards furthering the bank’s vision, and hope they continue to work together towards a better bank for all our customers,” added Dr. Seif.
Service mementos, cash prizes and gift vouchers were awarded to the recipients in recognition of their commitment to service and for their role in furthering Futurebank’s vision. Also present at the ceremony was member of the board, Deputy CEO Mr. Shahram Razavi, senior management and over 200 Futurebank employees along with their families.
The following Future banks employees received Long service awards: For 35 years of service: Mr. Ali Abdulla Haji, Mr. Mahmood Yousif Moh’d and Mrs. Fathiya Abdulla Khunji. For 15 years of service: Mrs. Shafeeqa Yousif Ghuloom, Miss Mariam Ebrahim Ali Akbar, Mr. Mohammed Jaffar Al Halwachi, Mr. Riyadh Rashid Al Samahiji and Miss Mardhiya Mohd Baqer Al Salman. For 10 years of service: Mr. Anwar Nissar Sayed, Mrs. Afreen Moh’d Iqbal and Mrs. Eman Hussain Darwish. For 5 years of service: Mr. Abbas Fatemi Torshizi, Mr. Yousif Ahmed Assiri, Mr. A. Rasheed Perincheeri, Mr. Fereidoun Abghari, Mrs. Verghese Temarra, Mrs. Maha Murad Ali, Mr. G.M. Saravanan, Mr. Milind Vinayak Kamat, Mr. K. Suresk Kumar, Mr. Sirajudheen Mulleri and Mrs. Fariba Abbas Tofangdar.
