adidas evolves one of the most beloved running families with the introduction of the Supernova Glide 2 in spring/summer 2010.
The Supernova Glide 2 Women:
Engineered purely with a woman’s foot needs in mind, adidas presents a well cushioned shoe for a great feel and a dynamic push off. The new 3D dual piece torsion, which consists of two parallel bars split with a flex groove, creates a softer feel and a smoother transition without compromising on stability. The shoe‘s 3D ForMotion™ unit is specifically placed for the female foot strike and ensures reduced impact and pronation forces. With just over 280gr, the Supernova Glide 2 W is the perfect choice for any neutral female runner in spring/summer 2010.
The Supernova Glide 2 Men:
With the men’s Supernova Glide 2 M, adidas continues with legacy of the Supernova family and introduces a well cushioned shoe with even better transition and stability characteristics. The added flare on the medial heel allows a more stable ride and the newly engineered 3D Torsion element helps with the heel to forefoot transition. Add full adiprene+ cushioning in the forefoot for a dynamic push off and engineered upper mesh for a smoother feel into the mix, and the new Supernova Glide 2 M is the ideal shoe no matter how tough the training or race gets.
