Globitel Hosts its Annual Business Partner Training Seminar

Globitel, the leading provider of modern telecom solutions, has recently conducted a five days training seminar for its business partners in the GCC, Levant and North Africa areas, to discuss the regional needs for Customer Care Solutions and to conclude new ways to advance the Customer Service industry and rise with it to new levels.

The training included several discussion sessions that focused on dialogue and experience sharing as well as knowledge to better understand the market needs and further adapt Globitel’s solutions to cater for the arising needs of the industry.
