Globitel's USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) provides Zantel with the infrastructure to integrate with content providers and third party applications thereby implementing and deploying a wide range of existing, as well as new mobile services.
The gateway is a capability built into the GSM standard that allows high-speed, bi-directional communications between mobile handsets and applications.
