The Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva has further enhanced its illustrious status this month by unveiling the largest free-standing luxury suite in Europe, the Geneva Suite. The elegant and lavishly furnished suite is designed as the ultimate haven of exclusivity for discerning travellers and aficionados of style. Representatives from the hotel have descended on Dubai this week to showcase the superlative suite at the 2008 Arabian Travel Market, after identifying strong interest and demand for high-end accommodation from GCC travellers.
“GCC tourists are known for travelling in style and are well acquainted with some of the finest hotels in the world.  Aside from the opulent surroundings, the Geneva Suite is incredibly spacious and assures the ultimate in privacy and attentive service, combined with the best views in the city. These outstanding traits are perfectly positioned to appeal to the Arab market” said Patrick Mossu, General Manager of Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva.
“With the Geneva Suite, we have succeeded in creating that largest free standing suite in Europe, encompassing 11,000 square feet, it is a privileged retreat on a truly grand scale,” he continued.
Spread over the top two floors of the hotel, the Geneva Suite offers the most exacting customers a spacious retreat where they can receive friends, conduct business and even exercise, all the while enjoying privacy in front of a spectacular landscape.

On one side of the living area, an office is to be found as well as a security room and a kitchen. On the other side, a private lounge adjoins a master bedroom.
The upper floor is devoted to the private quarters, with two master bedrooms, each with its en suite marble bathroom and walk-in closets. The private living room is divided into a lounge and a dining corner seating up to 10. As on the floor below, the living room boasts its own fireplace. Recreational facilities are to be found on this floor, including a billiard-room, fully-equipped gym and even a Hammam. From the wide sun-kissed terrace, guest can enjoy breath-taking views of Old Town and sights of Jet d’eau and Mont-Blanc.
The Geneva Suite is designed to be catered for independently from the rest of the hotel and guest are assigned their own private Butler, to attend to every whim and interface with the outside world, organising outings, tours, meetings, along with the hotels numerous services.  Catering to high profile clientele, special attention has been given to security, with bullet proof windows throughout. The security room acts as a screening centre for the suite, with cameras at all entrance points into the suite, connected to a centre within the Suite.
For busy corporate executives, the suite features a mini-business centre with full WiFi access to keep in touch with the outside world. Guests will also be delighted with entertainment options, such as multi-LCD panels, luxurious TV sets featuring over a thousand customized channels.
The entire experience will not be complete without a trip to the suite’s very own mini-spa and Hammam with rain showers. In this exclusive haven, guests can indulge in their favourite therapeutic treatments or simply revive and freshen up with Hermes toiletries and amenities.
“We spared no expense to ensure the Geneva Suite becomes the benchmark for a luxurious stay in Geneva and as such every last detail is tailor-made and exclusive to guest requirements.  Our Middle Eastern and especially GCC guests have been eager to experience the suite for themselves and we look forward to welcoming them over the coming summer months,”  ended Mossu.
