Greenstone, the real estate division of Johnny R. Saadé Holdings launches its third residential project called Orientalys in the region of Adma. After contributing to the protection of Lebanese architectural heritage through L’Armonial in Achrafieh and the environment through La Broceliande in Yarzeh, Greenstone introduces Orientalys, a new project made up of several villas, each benefiting from a total living area that could reach up to 1250m2 including high standard facilities such as swimming pools, Gym areas, terraces and gardens.
The identity of Orientalys has been thought according to the “Golden Rule”, used through history in sculpture, painting and architecture and applied to renowned landmarks such as the pyramid of Kheops, the Parthenon of Athens, cathedrals, mosques, etc…. With the launching of Orientalys, Greenstone confirms its concern in introducing high-end residential projects for a selected clientele.
Villas are set at a market price ranging from USD 7 to 9 million dollars each.
