GSEC and DOT increases Musanada’s Facilities Management client list to 30

The facilities Management Department at Musanada just welcomed two new clients; General Secretariat of the Executive Council' new facility and the Department of Transport, hereby increasing their client list to 30 clients.

With GSEC's plans to move into its new facilities located at the Airport Road it appointed Musanada's Building Services Division to manage the Facilities Management contract which includes maintenance, operation, cleaning, security and landscaping, as well as designing, equipping and managing its business centre on the ground floor of the new building.

The Facilities Management team at Musanada will also undertake two projects for Abu Dhabi's Department of Transport (DOT). These projects include the rehabilitation and development of the seven multi story parking in Abu Dhabi City. The project comprises a full scale rehabilitation of the operation and security programs, fire fighting, ventilation and lighting as well as some civil & decorative works. The second DOT project that will fall under the facilities management division of Musanada will be the development of the temporary bus Depot at ex-PWD complex. Additional, the Design Department in the Building Services Division at Musanada was appointed to handle the project of designing the new HQ for DOT in Khalifa (A) city.

On a similar note, Musanada's FM Department is currently working on the 'Child Access Office' at the Headquarters of the General Women's Union. For the psychological health of the child needed for any community, the noble initiative of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairperson of the GWU, by placing a family unit in the headquarters of the GWU namely; the Child Access Office. The office is mainly intended to implement the resolutions of the court related to access, receipt of custody children, and delivering them to their relatives in a family and affectionate atmosphere spurring a sense of security instead of such places like police stations and social support centers which leave a negative impact on spirit of the child and their relatives, remains in the memory of the child, grows with them and their future, and affects their identity as a good citizen.
