Airport officials said a Gulf Air flight on Friday made an emergency landing in the Philippines after smoke appeared in the cabin, the Associated Press reported.
The plane was carrying 319 people from Manila to Bahrain and had to return to the airport when the smoke appeared.
Manila airport authorities said all 307 passengers and 12 crew members on board landed safely 29 minutes after Flight 155 departed. No injuries were reported.
Gulf Air has not yet released a statement on the incident.
It comes just days after another gulf carrier, Emirates Airlines, made a crash landing at Dubai airport as the plane caught fire.
