Gulf Bank has announced the launch of an updated Online HR assessment and development system that is aimed at improving the bank's human resources, recruitment and development processes. The new system, which was acquired from SHL, the world's leading talent assessment solutions provider, will enable senior HR executives to efficiently manage the system and provide effective and prompt feedback.
The new online HR assessment and development system will help Gulf Bank Leaders identify key skills areas requiring further training and development amongst existing employees. It will also assess potential candidates on various competencies using a number of assessment tools including personality questionnaires, verbal, numerical and management assessments.
