Yemen's President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi arrived in Egypt on Friday to attend the Arab League summit, AFP reported.
Hadi's country will take center stage at the summit after Saudi Arabia and its allies began conducting airstrikes against Houthi militants. The two-day discussions will begin on Saturday and are expected to address an Arab military force in the fight against Yemen's Iran-backed Shiite rebels.
Saudi Arabia had announced Hadi's arrival in its capital, Riyadh, on Thursday on his way to the summit.
Several Arab countries have declared its support for Saudi Arabis in its operation to defend the internationally recognized government, including Egypt and Jordan.
