Reports from the police indicate that the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) helicopter crashed and caught fire, resulting in the death of five occupants, including Gen. Ogolla.

ALBAWABA- Kenya's Chief of Defence Forces, Gen. Francis Ogolla, tragically lost his life in a helicopter crash. The incident occurred in the Sindar area, bordering West Pokot and Elgeyo Marakwet counties. 

Reports from the police indicate that the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) helicopter crashed and caught fire, resulting in the death of five occupants, including Gen. Ogolla. Three individuals miraculously survived the crash. 

The military aircraft that crashed on Thursday at Sintar, Endo ward, Elgeyo Marakwet was the fifth incident to hit Kenya Defence Forces in the last year.
