ALBAWABA - Hezbollah said on Saturday that it had used Katyusha rockets to attack an Israeli Golani Brigade battalion center.
"In response to the enemy's aggression against the steadfast southern villages and civilian homes, our fighters struck the position of the 631st Reconnaissance Battalion of the Golani Brigade stationed at Ramot Naftali," the group said in a statement highlighting its support for the Palestinian people in Gaza and their resistance.
Hezbollah conducted a massive missile bombardment from Lebanon, according to Israeli media. Twenty-five rockets were fired, according to the Israeli Army radio, and they fell in different locations. No injuries were reported at the time. On the other hand, the blows caused many fires to start.
In an attack on Hezbollah strongholds in Lebanon earlier this week, the Israeli military claimed the lives of at least sixteen Hezbollah militants in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
