HigherPro – Raising Leaders Holds Training Workshops at the Kempinski Hotel in Amman.

HigherPro - Raising Leaders, the Jordanian company that has gained a reputation for providing exceptional leadership training, held two workshops geared towards the development of leadership skills and teamwork skills at the Kempinski Hotel in Amman.

The workshop was attended by businesspeople, corporate mangers and specialists in organization and human resource development.

The first workshop, "The Laws of Leadership," exposed participants to leadership lessons from business, economy, sports, technology, media, and influential entrepreneurs. The program outlined the essentials of leadership that go beyond time, place, culture and situation. These basic laws of success can be applied to business and private life, helping anyone reach their full potential.

The second workshop, titled "Laws of Teamwork," gave participants an in-depth course on how to train team members to work together in the most effective ways. Based on the proven work of bestselling author, speaker and entrepreneur Dr. John C. Maxwell, the workshop provides a framework on which the participant can build a dynamic team culture. Each participant learned what it takes to be a valuable team player and an exceptional team leader.

"Our workshops utilize a comprehensive development model tailored to the organization's specific needs and challenges," says Basel Saliba, HigherPro's Chief Executive Officer and Master Trainer. "Through this model, we are able to provide integrated development programs for various groups within the organization, including leadership, management, teams, units and staff."

Saliba is regarded as a trainer of broad experience in the field of leadership skill building and organizational development for success in the workplace and in life. He has enjoyed an extensive career in this field exceeding well over 22 years, varying between project management and development, human resource management, research management and the management of change and organizational change requirements.

In incorporating his rich experience in the field, Saliba describes the typical HigherPro workshop as "an experience and not a class. We understand that trainees come from different environments and backgrounds, and have their own challenges and questions. Each trainee needs to be cared for in their own way. We do not hold mere workshops, we raise leaders in both work and life."

It is worth noting that the training process at HigherPro for leadership training is supervised by Saliba himself, who is considered an accredited trainer by a number of international organizations such as Florida International University, Chartered Management Institute, John Maxwell, Equip, and Louis Allen Associates.  His track of professional membership includes many international organizations such as the American Society of Training and Development, the Leader to Leader Institute, the Center for Creative Leadership, the Maximum Impact Leadership Club, the American Management Association, the American Psychological Association, the American Counseling Association, the Institute of Management Consultants & Trainers, the Young Entrepreneurs Association, and others.
