However, the US Commander of four US Navy destroyers, Dave Wroe, revealed to the BBC that the US Navy aircraft carrier is facing a fierce battle against attacks from Yemen, calling it the biggest challenge since World War II.

ALBAWABA- In a recent statement, Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree confirmed that Yemeni Armed Forces, under Houthi control, targeted the American ship "Mado" in the Red Sea with naval missiles. 

Additionally, they launched an operation targeting the Umm al-Rashrash area (Eilat) in southern occupied Palestine with winged missiles on March 19, 2024.

Yesterday, Houthi media reported that the US and UK conducted several raids on Hodeida governorate, including four American-British raids on the Al-Faza area and two raids on the Al-Jabbana area west of Hodeida.

The US Central Command announced that they destroyed seven anti-ship missiles and three drones in areas controlled by the Houthis in Yemen. 

However, the US Commander of four US Navy destroyers, Dave Wroe, revealed to the BBC that the US Navy aircraft carrier is facing a fierce battle against attacks from Yemen, calling it the biggest challenge since World War II. 

He emphasized that resolving the Red Sea crisis would require broader governmental and international efforts beyond the capabilities of a powerful American aircraft carrier group.
