Prestigious awards ceremony sees regional channel partners attend to join in celebrations
HP Middle East today announced the winners of its annual partner awards at the ceremony held last night at the Habtoor Grand Hotel & Spa, Dubai during GITEX Technology Week 2007.
The awards, attended by over 300 partners from across the region plus key retailers and consumers, celebrate HP’s relationship with its channel partners across the Middle East and are designed to recognise and reward partners for their outstanding achievements over the past twelve months.
The keynote speech was delivered by Satjiv S. Chahil, Senior Vice President, Global Marketing for Personal Systems Group, HP, who was visiting Dubai for the first time to attend this year’s GITEX.
Salim Ziade, SPO Manager, HP Middle East, said “The HP Channel Awards is an exciting time for us, as we join our partners to celebrate our collaborative success and partnership over the past twelve months. The ten achievement awards were presented by HP Middle East executives John Hoonhout, HP’s new Managing Director; Serdar Urcar, General Manager, Personal Systems Group; Amr Hassan, General Manager, Imaging and Printing Group and Salim Ziade, SPO Manager, HP Middle East who hosted the evening.
