Huawei concludes its “2010 MENA Annual Service Conference” in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt

Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, 12th, July 2010: Huawei Technologies, a leader in providing next-generation telecommunication network solutions for operators around the world, has recently concluded a two day session for Service in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
 

With the participation of twenty eight leading telecom operators from the MENA area, representing fifteen operators from the Middle East region, and thirteen from North Africa with a total number of more than sixty telecom leaders, made this event one of the most successful and fruitful workshops to gain the latest knowledge about next-generation telecom solutions and services especially in a fast growing and developing region like the MENA where all service providers strive to deliver the solutions to their end subscribers with the best Quality of Experience (QoE) and keeping up with new consumer trends, demands and expectations. 

Mr. Bandar Al-Qafari, General Manager for Network Operation at STC(Saudi Telecom Corporation) who attended the event amongst other industry leaders said:  “Five 9’s (99.999) network availability is what carrier-class Service Provider aim for. At STC, we go the extra mile to ensure that all network KPI’s and wireless subscribers’ QoE are continuously being met. As an annual event, the Service Conference comes in the context of Huawei’s continuous efforts to further enhance its innovative role as a telecom technology and services solutions leader globally and the major role it plays in the markets’ development in the entire MENA area.
