Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd ("Huawei"), a leader in providing next generation telecommunications network solutions for operators around the world, today announced the arrival in Basingstoke, UK of the ALL IP Huawei Truck for the first leg of its European roadshow. From 4th August through to 5th December, Huawei will demonstrate its innovative carrier-class solutions, including the latest Metro Ethernet, IP RAN, security and storage solutions, to customers in 13 European countries.
The ALL IP Roadshow also underlines Huawei’s role enabling operators’ migration to ALL IP networks, driven by rising demand for broadband services, multi-play and FTTX services. The equipment on show includes Huawei’s NE Series, PTN Series，ME60 and RM9000, as well as security and storage products. As an enjoyable user experience is key for operators to differentiate their services from competitors, the equipment on the truck simulates real networks to enable customers to experience the services as though they were end users.
During each city tour, Huawei will invite local customers to visit the truck to see how Huawei’s solutions in areas including access, datacom and transmission, enrich people’s lives through communications, enabling them to access information anywhere and at anytime.
With a whistle-stop tour of the UK, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania and Greece, the ALL IP European roadshow is a further sign of Huawei’s steady commitment to the region. Its investment in Europe has been steadily increasing since 2000, with Huawei products already deployed in more than 30 European countries.
