Reinforcing its ongoing commitment to enhancing cardholder experiences with high-value offerings, IBQ today announced the launch of its merchant partner programme, offering up to 35% savings on the use of its full range of credit cards. The first promotion under the merchant partner programme is running from 15 November to 31 December 2009, and includes a range of leading retail outlets and brands across Qatar.
This exclusive promotion is in addition to the 5% cash back on all purchases currently offered by IBQ to its card members. Driven by its continuing focus on serving diverse customer needs, IBQ’s credit card range, including IBQ Gold MasterCard, IBQ Platinum Visa and IBQ Infinite Visa, has continued to meet with a strong response.

Under the merchant partner programme, IBQ will offer a range of limited-period promotions throughout the year to tie in with various community events and occasions, such as festivals and holidays. Customers will be notified of new promotions through all of IBQ’s banking channels and on the website.
The first promotion under the merchant partner programme includes discount offers from a range of leading retailers in Qatar, including the W Hotel, La Cigale, Bliss Spa, 51 East, Blue Salon and Qatar Optics among others.
