With the presence of the new media industry at Click 4.0, the digital marketing event for the Middle East, the region’s largest online advertising network has confirmed its support and participation in the event.

As a sponsor, Ikoo actively engaged in the fourth edition of Click, which is taking place at the Grand Millennium Hotel in Dubai over four days from June 20. A gathering of CEOs, marketing, branding and advertising chiefs, media planners, digital specialists and online marketers discussed existing concerns and potential solutions to take the new media market forward.

Among the issues discussed at Click 4.0 were tracking and metrics, transparency, and the death and rebirth of print media. Ikoo, a member of the Jabber Internet Group, through its sales director, Hussam Khoury, participated at the event.

Khoury drew on his wealth of experience of delivering substantial revenue growth at high-profile companies, not least from his professional development at a company with the industry weight of Ikoo. His dialogue covered a range of burning market issues while also highlighting Ikoo’s proven factors for promoting success.

He addressed the importance of Ikoo’s diverse and fast growing network within the online advertising industry. He also looked at how to create brand recognition online and also considered how to use various advertising options, such as mix-and-match, targeted, general and contextual campaigns, such as those conducted by Kalimat, a platform with which Ikoo recently merged.

Khoury’s paper set out to show how it is possible to achieve measurable advertising while reducing expense and improving performance.

This year, Click 4.0 took place in partnership with Dubai Internet City, a wing of TECOM Investments. This development, according to Ikoo CEO Isam Bayazidi, can only strengthen an already authoritative and highly anticipated event.

“Having such a big name like Dubai Internet City onboard will boost the profile of the show, and the weight it adds will be over and above the tremendously high calibre of sponsors, speakers and exhibitors." Said Bayazidi.

“It is clear that digital marketing has developed into an important new channel for brands in the Middle East as a means to grow their market share. As one of the key players in this industry, Ikoo has been at the forefront of this growth, which has been achieved through creativity and innovation. Events like Click 4.0 act as a meeting of minds that drives the industry forward.”
