ALBAWABA - Nine people were injured in new attacks by illegal Jewish settlers on Palestinian communities in the West Bank villages of Mughayyir and Duma.

Five Palestinians were injured in a recent incident in Mughayyir, which is east of Ramallah, according to reports from the Palestinian news agency WAFA. According to accounts, during the attack, live ammunition was utilized, resulting in serious casualties, including one hit in the neck.

Moreover, Jewish settlers fired fire during the burial procession of Jihad Afif Abu Alya, who was killed in an earlier attack; however, no casualties were reported.

Ayn-senya, Salfit, Kafr ad-Dik, and Deir Ballut were among the localities where Palestinian automobiles were targeted by settlers in separate instances that resulted in damage to the vehicles.

Meanwhile, following attacks by illegal settlers, at least four Palestinians were injured and seven homes were set on fire in the northern West Bank hamlet of Duma.

The leader of the Duma community Council, Suleiman Dawabsha, called the situation chaotic and said that Israeli forces were escorting settlers who had attacked the community. Dawabsha emphasized how the use of tear gas and the deployment of snipers prevented the injured from receiving medical attention.

Israeli security officials declared that they had found the 14-year-old Jewish settler Binyamin Achimeir's body in a rural West Bank area. Achimeir, who had vanished while taking care of animals, was discovered dead in what is being investigated as a homicide with a connection to security.

Israeli security forces are allegedly getting ready for possible altercations between Israelis and Palestinians throughout the West Bank amid rising tensions.
