Illegitimate United States Presidency and Government
On January 20, 2009, Barack Obama is scheduled to be sworn in as the 44th President of the United States. Meanwhile, as past or serving President, you are entirely aware that the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution and the criminal statutes 18US2381 and 18US2383 expressly forbid Barack Obama from holding the Office of the Presidency of the United States.
You are fully informed that, together with numerous co-conspirators, Barack Obama is a defendant in the United States Supreme Court in the pending (although obstructed) criminal case ‘United States of America vs. 14,164 Seditious Conspirators’. Criminal charges have been filed against Barack Obama and his co-conspirators for treason, insurrection, and for conspiracy to kidnap and murder, amongst other crimes. These charges have been concealed by the authorities. The charges have thus also been filed with you personally in a ‘Dossier of Crimes’, for your imperative action against the insurrection.
Should you fail your obligations under the statutes 18USC4 and 18USC2382; should you fail to prevent Barack Obama and his 14,000-plus seditious co-conspirators (mostly malfeasant government officials) from unlawfully usurping ‘office under the United States’ whilst legally disqualified from holding public office, you will be providing aid and comfort to the domestic enemies of the United States. Such acts are considered treason in the eyes of the law. Furthermore, the combined lawlessness of more than 14,000 state and federal officials illicitly seizing public office which they are debarred from will render the state and federal governments and Presidency of the United States, illegitimate.
You are once again petitioned to draw on your position of national eminence and authority to: take the urgent action required to address the crimes presented to you in the ‘Dossier of Crimes’; prevent the unlawful takeover of state and federal government and the US Presidency by seditious conspirators; terminate this insurrection against the laws and against the people of the United States.
