IMC-Jordan’s Customer Care Workshop
IMC-Jordan and within its framework of organizing workshops and seminars to meet the growing market demands and offer high level services to customers, has conducted a Customer's Care workshop at the Radisson SAS during the month of November 2008.
The course is designed to address the needs of people who are in direct contact with customers at any level. The course is built to achieve high levels of customer care efficiency, as it focuses on the secrets and strategies of building businesses based on improving and gaining high levels of customer services and satisfaction. The course is targeted towards people who are in marketing and sales business, other various sectors like banking, financial, insurance and services sectors, in addition to any body in direct communication with customers.
IMC-Jordan is continuously trying to shape up the understanding of management consultation and training through organizing the professions as it participates in setting national rules and regulations that govern the professions. It is also committed to supervise the management consultation profession in such a high level of proficiency based on the acquired experience and know-how. IMC-Jordan constructive cooperation and support will undoubtedly help in developing and strengthening the skills of its members and raise the management consultation and training profession standards in Jordan.
