Imdaad, leading integrated facilities management solutions provider in the UAE, today announced its first major project in Abu Dhabi. The company will provide its world class services at the prestigious Al Reef Villas by Manazel Real Estate, the leading community master-planners and developers based in the capital.
As part of a contract signed recently between Imdaad and Census International, the Facilities Management provider of Manazel, the Dubai-based FM leader will provide waste management, pest control management and recycling services to the community.
Imdaad will cover the first 244 villas which have already been handed over to home owners in the Arabian Village sector of Al Reef, and will expand its services to the rest of the villas as they are handed over. This is the first planned community in the UAE exclusively for the middle-income tier of the population which includes a total of almost 2400 villas.
