Imdaad, VLOR sign MOU to introduce revolutionary FM technology in UAE
Imdaad, a Dubai World company and a leading Facilities Management (FM) services provider in the UAE has signed an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding with Vipul Laing O’Rourke Pvt. Ltd. (VLOR) to introduce Online Monitoring & Response Centre (OMRC) solutions in the UAE.
The OMRC solutions will significantly enhance a Facility Manager’s capability to ensure comfort for building users, reliability of assets and cost optimization for property owners. This technology enables online real-time monitoring of equipment and systems, and has been proven on several prestigious facilities across the world.
The OMRC will be operated by highly competent air-conditioning, electrical and Building Management Systems engineering experts who will look after the connected properties and provide on-site FM teams with real-time information on equipment condition and alarms so as to minimize equipment and system downtime.
Moreover, Imdaad, in collaboration with India-based VLOR, will introduce innovative technology led solutions and online advisory services to developers in the UAE, to help enhance performance of building assets through a seamless combination of the knowledge base, technology, delivery processes, skill and expertise.
