Indonesia's Supreme Court on Monday overturned a corruption conviction and 18-month prison sentence imposed on Hutomo "Tommy" Mandala Putra, the fugitive son of former dictator Suharto.
The deputy chief of the Supreme Court, Judge H. Taufiq, told AFP they nullified the conviction due to "technical mistakes" by the previous team of judges -- JAKARTA (AFP)
