With Valentine's Day a popular event on the calendar in Japan, ZUMA Dubai has created an array of special dishes to celebrate the evening.
Chocolates are often given by ladies as a Valentine's Day gift in Japan, but at
ZUMA Dubai all ladies celebrating Valentine's Day will receive a complimentary
chocolate rose. To set the mood, the restaurant will be decorated with fresh
flowers and candles.
"ZUMA's cuisine can be enjoyed every day, not just on special occasions.
However to mark Valentine's Day, ZUMA will be creating specials that will be on
offer to make your evening extra special, said Colin Clague, Executive Chef of
ZUMA Dubai.
To toast the occasion, couples will receive a complimentary glass of Ruinart
Champagne on arrival, followed by a complimentary pre-starter, including oyster
with caviar and yuzu dressing.
ZUMA's award-winning à la carte menu will be available, offering a variety of
options which are ideal for sharing.
