A regional office for the Interpol is to be set up in the Arab world soon and Qatar may be the venue for this office, an official said.
Saud Abdullah al-Mahmood, director of the national and regional services division for North Africa and the Middle East of the Interpol, was quoted as saying by the Gulf Times newspaper that the 178-member organization considered the step important.
