ALBAWABA - In a recent press conference, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) spokesperson Daniel Hagari announced strategic preparations for an extended Israel-Hamas conflict throughout the year 2024.

Hagari emphasized that the war's objectives necessitate a sustained effort, requiring careful planning for the management of forces, considerations for reserves, economic impacts, support for families, force rejuvenation, and the continuous combat training processes within the IDF.

These measures have been designed as part of comprehensive arrangements to plan and prepare for the challenges anticipated in the remainder of 2024. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu echoed this sentiment, affirming that the war will persist for months until objectives, such as the elimination of Hamas and the release of all hostages, are achieved.

Netanyahu's Stance: War to Continue for Months

In a statement on the night of December 30, 2023, Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu declared that the ongoing war will extend for several more months. Despite significant achievements and sacrifices, Netanyahu emphasized the need for additional time to achieve victory.

The Prime Minister outlined his clear policy, prioritizing the eradication of Hamas and the liberation of all hostages. He affirmed an unwavering commitment to continue the struggle until these objectives are met, rejecting any international pressure to halt the war before reaching these goals.
