Iran’s Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi arrives Saturday in Sanaa for talks with Yemeni officials on bilateral ties, reported the official Kuwait news agency (KUNA).
During his two-day meeting, Kharrazi will discuss with his Yemeni counterpart, Abu Bakr al-Gharbi ways to elevate bilateral ties in the political, economic and cultural spheres.
He will also follow up cooperation agreements signed during president Ali Abdullah Saleh’s visit to Tehran last year, said the agency.
The Iranian official will address a meeting of intellectuals and religious leaders and outline the historical and cultural bonds between the two countries – Albawaba.com
