Iran will next week give the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) letters agreeing to surprise United Nations inspections of its nuclear facilites and confirming it will suspend the enrichment of uranium, the IAEA chief said on Saturday.
"I was told by Dr. Rowhani we will be getting a letter next week on the additional protocol, which is a positive step. We will also be getting a letter on suspending enrichment, which is also a positive step," the head of the UN's nuclear watchdog, Mohamed ElBaradei, said Saturday after meeting with Iranian security chief Hasan Rowhani, AFP reported.
