Iranian foreign minister Kamal Kharrazi has denied as baseless Israeli repeated allegations that Tehran is cooperating with the Palestinian National Authority in the armament domain, it was officially reported on Sunday.

Kharrazi, in a telephone contact with Spanish foreign minister Josep Pique, said Israel’s media rhetoric on this issue was aimed at distracting attention from its genocides, perpetrated against unarmed Palestinian civilians, and relieving itself of political and moralistic commitments in front of the world opinion.

Israel has recently claimed that its navy seized a shipload of arms, dispatched from Iran to the Palestinian Authority. Spain is current chairman of the European Union. (Albawaba.com)
