Moroccan Minister of Trade and Economic, Ahmad Halimi, discussed in Tehran Sunday the expansion of bilateral trade relations with Iran’s Minister of Construction, Mohammad Saeidiki, reported Iran News Agency (IRNA).
Halimi arrived in Tehran for a three-day official visit.
Although bilateral economic relations have not been at satisfactory level in the past, Halimi said, Morocco is determined to strengthen ties in the private, public and cooperative sectors, the agency quoted him as saying.
Saeidikia expressed Iran's readiness to bolster cooperation with Morocco in various areas, including the fisheries sector.
The two sides also have agreed to ink a veterinary protocol in the near future, added the agency -- Albawaba.com
